Our Story
Elevated Communities was founded in April 2021 to help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities navigate the complex systems of supportive resources in Boulder County. We are committed to providing guidance, advocacy, and direct support to promote independence and confidence. In November 2022, we opened the Elevated Communities Gently Used Clothing Boutique to offer job skills development in a safe and supportive environment. The boutique provides hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world work experience. Our programs create opportunities for personal growth, employment, and community inclusion. Our work continues to evolve to better support those we serve. At Elevated Communities, we believe everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive.
